Pulse eCitation Solutions is a progressive mobile hardware and software development company, specializing in the design, development, and deployment of technologies and management systems for law enforcement. We are a team of technologists, engineers, retired law enforcement, and designers who use our collective expertise to create innovative products that safeguard those who serve and protect.

HISTORY

Pulse was founded in 2017 by two Baton Rouge-based technologists to develop and produce powerful and efficient technologies for law enforcement. The mission of Pulse technologies is to reduce the time spent managing a traffic stop, freeing up officers and field agents to respond to more critical service calls.

We recognize the importance of time and safety when it comes to those who protect our communities and aim to provide technology solutions that increase the safety of our officers.

Peter Ranzino

With over 30 years of experience in technology and entrepreneurship, Peter has founded and scaled multiple successful companies. Since 2018, he has served as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pulse Technologies, focused on mobile law enforcement technologies. He is also the Founder and CEO of Learning Sciences, a national web-based learning and development company operating for over 17 years. Peter has launched five tech-driven companies, three of which were acquired, and brings expertise in technology, strategy, and operations. He lives in Baton Rouge, has one daughter and enjoys motorcycle racing, fitness, and time on the water.
