As easy to use as a smartphone, The Pulse ZR-2 provides a configuration that removes the need for law enforcement professionals to write or issue paper-based citations providing a quicker, safer means to manage the issuance of a citation.
OMV Background Checks
The Pulse ZR-2 at the request of the officer, has the ability to run a check on the vehicle, plate, and registered owner in real time from the device.
NCIC Background Checks
Pulse ZR-2 devices may be used to perform background checks on individuals directly from the device. The background check provides Criminal Justice Information (CJI), such as outstanding warrants and prior arrests.
Integration Services
The Pulse ZR-2 Solution includes a standard web based API that returns data in standard JSON format. Pulse API allows for out-of-the-box integration.

The Pulse eCitation Command Center is a powerful platform granting administrators real-time access to critical traffic data.
